The Planning Board will hold its 2023 monthly meetings at 7 pm on the first Thursday of each month except where noted on the Township Calendar.
The Little Falls Planning Board is reissuing its 2023 schedule of regular meetings in compliance with the requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act (“OPMA”) pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. seq., as well as the recent amendment to the OPMA by way of the emergency regulations promulgated thereunder and codified at N.J.A.C. 5:39-1.1 through 1.7. The meetings to be held by the Township of Little Falls Planning Board (“Planning Board”) will now be heard live and in person beginning with their April 6, 2023 meeting. Public access will no longer be available via video or audio conferencing using the Zoom hosted service. Each monthly meeting of the Planning Board will be posted on the Borough website.
Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 and N.J.S.A. 10:4-10 as follows: A notice of the meeting was prominently posted on the bulletin board at the municipal building, located at 225 Main Street, Little Falls, N.J. on January 6, 2023. A copy of the notice was posted in the Little Falls website on the same date. Additionally, a copy of the Notice was filed in the office of the Township Clerk.
