Special Virtual Planning Board Meeting

The Township of Little Falls Planning Board will conduct a “Special Meeting” to be held virtually on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

The foregoing Special Meeting is being conducted via a virtual meeting due to the current situation involving the COVID-19 virus and directives of State and County governments that restrict public gatherings and direct residents of New Jersey to stay at home.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Special Meeting is being conducted only to hear the following matter:

The Little Falls Township Council has forwarded Ordinances 1415 and 1416 to the Planning Board for review and comments. The Planning Board will be reviewing the two (2) new Township Cannabis Ordinances for compliance with the Master Plan. The Ordinances will establish a special commercial district, which will be named the B2 District (which will establish bulk and area requirements for the B2 Zone and uses).
