Would you like to reduce stress? Come join us for a special Stress Reduction Workshop on Tuesday, July 16th, from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM, hosted by Dr. Marco Ferrucci at the Little Falls Public Library. Dr. Marco, who teaches Wellness Workshops throughout the local community, will discuss the many forms of Stress Reduction and easy natural ways of managing it.
