The Planning Board will hold its 2022 and 2023 monthly meetings on the first Thursday of each month except where noted on the Township Calendar.
Take notice that adequate notice of this meeting has been provided in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 and N.J.S.A. 10:4-10 as follows: A notice of the meeting was prominently posted on the bulletin board at the municipal building, located at 225 Main Street, Little Falls, N.J. on January 7, 2022. A copy of the notice was posted in the Little Falls website on same date. Additionally, a copy of the Notice was filed in the office of the Township Clerk. This meeting is being held remote until further notice in accordance with NJSA 10:4-9-1 due to the current situation involving the COVID-19 virus.
Beginning with the December 1st meeting, all meetings will be on Zoom instead of WebEx.

You will be able to participate when the Board Chairman opens the meeting for the public participation portion of the meeting at which time you will be able ask questions and/or cross-examine witnesses. The Board Chairman will give the members of the public an opportunity to make any statements at the conclusion of the public hearing process. We ask if you have questions of the Applicant prepared, that you email them to James DiMaria, Construction Code Official at JDiMaria@lfnj.com prior to the meeting. Your questions will be acknowledged and read into the record and answered. If you have information or exhibits you wish to be considered and entered into the record, you will have to email them to James DiMaria, Construction Code Official at JDiMaria@lfnj.com in advance of the meeting no later than 24 hours from the meeting so that they may be marked into evidence.
