The 2023 Tax Sale for Unpaid 2022 taxes is scheduled for Tuesday, September 12, 2023 @ 10:00 a.m. in our Council Room.
- No ach-electronic checks (tax sale items) as of June 22, 2023.
- Cashier’s checks only as of July 20, 2023.
- Complete Notice of Tax Sale, mail to property owners and post in five (5) of the most public places as of August 8, 2023.
- Publication of Notice of Sale in Herald & News on: Aug 15th, Aug 22nd, Aug 29th and Sept 5, 2023.
- Annual 2023 tax sale on September 12, 2023.
Final update has been posted late in day on Sept. 11th and final tax sale list will be available before the sale during check-in.
The Pre-Registration packet is due back completed to the Tax Collector on or before Monday, September 11, 2023 by 12:00 p.m. Click on the first link below for the packet.
