Full Time Administrative Assistant to Municipal Clerk/Finance Officer

Seeking a responsible individual to support the Municipal Clerk’s Office and Finance Department. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering phones in a professional manner, handling information requests, handling OPRA Requests, filing, licensing, sorting and distribution of mail, posting receipts and preparing correspondence. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service and organization skills, be detail oriented as well as have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
