As the Township works to adopt its municipal budget for 2012, we are prepared to brace ourselves for an increase that will not be easy, but is necessary and unavoidable considering our challenges and obligations in the coming year.

We will be transitioning our web site to a new hosting account over the next week so that we can offer more services, such as e-mail blasts for those who have signed up on our mailing list. Since we will also be transitioning to a new e-mail server (but over a longer timeframe), there will be a period of a few weeks where you will automatically redirected to our new web host via a temporary (but still easily recognized) URL: lfnj.com.tempwebpage.com. Please be assured that this is NOT a scam but a legitimate action sanctioned by the Township Administrator.

We will update this bulletin one day before we make the web hosting switch. If you have any questions, please feel free to send them directly to our webmaster.

Attention residents!

In accordance with US HUD regulations, we are making the Passaic County CDBG FY 2012 Action Plan available to the public on our website. It will also be on public display at Township Hall.

Little Falls will hold its annual Memorial Day parade on Saturday, May 26 starting at the American Legion located at 501 Main Street, continuing along Main Street throughout downtown all the way to Wilmore Road Park. The parade starts at 10 am. The Township also holds a Prayer service in honor of all veterans at the Monument in Wilmore Road Park immediately after the parade. All are welcome! More...
 

DEADLINE TO FILE FOR THE 2011 NEW JERSEY PROPERTY TAX REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM a/k/a the “SENIOR &/or DISABLED PERSON FREEZE PROGRAM” IS JUNE 1, 2012.  See Tax Collector’s State of NJ Programs section for more information.  First-time filers only if eligible; you may pick up the application booklets in the Tax Collector’s office.
