Wednesday, 3:45 to 4:45 Pm for grades 5th to 8th and 4:45 to 5:45 PM for grades Kindergarten to 4th. Thursdays, 4:00 to 5:00 PM for ages 7 to 11 years old, & 5:00 to 6:00 for ages 11 & older. Basketball training programs stress fundamentals, proper technique, practice drill, game situations, & scrimmages.
