The 2024 tax sale for unpaid 2023 taxes will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Town Hall Council room located at 225 Main Street, Little Falls, NJ 07424.
The timetable is as follows:
- July 19, 2024: No electronic checks (ACH) online.
- July 31, 2024: Last day to pay before newspaper publication.
- August 1, 2024: Cashier checks only/pay before 08/01 to avoid newspaper publication.
- September 10, 2024: 1st publication in Herald News.
- September 17, 2024: 2nd publication in Herald News.
- September 24, 2024: 3rd publication in Herald News.
- October 1, 2024: 4th publication in Herald News.
- October 8, 2024, TAX SALE.
- October 18, 2024, or before tax sale certificates mailed out by.
