The 2022 Tax Sale for unpaid 2021 taxes is scheduled for Tuesday, September 13, 2022 @ 10:00 a.m. Newspaper publications in the Herald News are as follows: Aug. 16th, Aug. 23rd, Aug. 30th, Sept. 6th.
No electronic (ACH e-checks) as of June 23, 2022. Last day to pay to avoid newspaper publication is July 20, 2022. Certified/bank checks commencing on July 21, 2022; no cash!
Pre-registration is required on or before Monday, September 12, 2022, by 12:00 p.m. The packet is available from the link below.
Updated Tax Sale List will be updated and posted once a week on Aug. 22nd; Aug. 29th; and Sept. 5th (dates subject to change as needed).
The tax sale was updated on Sept. 13th before tax sale. Please download below or pick up the list when signing in at Tax Collector’s counter today.
