The Little Falls Senior Advisory Committee Presents ... Discover Pastabilities with Chef Lisa on Monday, September 12th from 1:00-3:00 PM at the Little Falls Civic Center, 19 Warren Street.
Lisa Britting attended culinary school at Eva's Village and is a pasta chef at Viaggio’s in Wayne, NJ. Cooking is Lisa’s passion and she loves bringing her joy of making home made pasta as she teaches her students the secrets of preparing perfect pasta dough. Anyone wanting to dive in and knead their own dough (about 10-15 minutes) can experience the fun or simply watch Chef Lisa as she turns it into various pasta shapes. Take home samples and fabulous recipes!
