October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and Main Street is decorated with purple ribbons. The Prevention of Domestic Violence Committee is holding a Domestic Violence Awareness Vigil on October 10th at 6:30 pm on the front steps of Town Hall. We will be joined by survivors of domestic violence who will share their stories as well as have information on how to get help for yourself or a loved one.
In the event of rain, the event will be held in the council chambers at Town Hall.
