The Passaic County Board of County Commissioners along with the Office of Solid Waste & Recycling Programs is offering free fluorescent/LED bulb recycling services for Passaic County residents (proof of residency required) from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on the following dates and locations, rain or shine:
- Saturday, May 20, 2023: 9 am to 2 pm – Prospect Park Borough Hall, 106 Brown Ave., (enter on N. 10th Street)
- Saturday, September 23, 2023: 9 am to 2 pm – Passaic County Road Department Facility, 1310 Route 23 North
