The Passaic County Board of County Commissioners along with the Passaic County Office of Solid Waste & Recycling Programs is offering free medical syringe collection services for Passaic County residents (proof of residency required) on the following dates:
- Saturday, April 13, 2024, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm: Borough of Woodland Park, 5 Brophy Lane
- Saturday, June 8, 2024, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm: Borough of Haledon, 510 Belmont Ave.
- Sunday, September 8, 2024, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm: West Milford DPW, 30 Lycosky Drive
- Sunday, November 17, 2024, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm: Prospect Park Borough Hall, 106 Brown Ave., (enter on N. 10th Street)
Acceptable Materials: Medical Sharps
- Must be brought in a rigid container with a lid.
- Residents only! No doctors’ offices.
